Exchange Policy
We offer Exchange Facility only.
Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order in the following cases:
* Size issue
* Damaged product received
* Wrong product received
* Manufacturing defect
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery along with clear photos and your order details.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for delivered orders.
Refunds will only be issued in the following exceptional cases:
* Order cancelled before dispatch
* Product is out of stock after order confirmation
* Exchange item is unavailable and no suitable alternative can be provided by our team
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for exchange:
* Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
* Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be available
* Products showing signs of use, perfume, stains, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted
Reverse Pickup & Quality Check
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
If the product received does not match the original product dispatched, or if a different item is returned, the exchange/refund request will be rejected and the item may be shipped back to the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchange is not applicable on:
* Products purchased during special sale or clearance sale
* Customized or altered products
* Gift cards (if applicable)
