At Aakrati Vastram, we ensure that every product is quality checked before dispatch. As we deal in pure cotton ethnic wear and hygiene-sensitive apparel, our return, refund, and exchange policy is designed to be fair for both customers and the brand.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for return.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Product should not have perfume, stains, or signs of wear
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Size or fitting issues (please refer to size chart before ordering)
- Minor color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delay in delivery by courier partners
4. Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only in case of:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product
We do not offer exchanges for size issues or design preference.
5. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Our team will arrange a pickup, or
- You may be asked to ship the product back to our address
After receiving the product, a quality inspection will be done.
6. Refund After Return
If the returned product passes inspection:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
If the product fails inspection, it will be sent back to you.
7. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
8. Order Cancellation by Aakrati Vastram
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or other issues, a full refund will be issued.
